These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website operated by UNPERRO LIMITED and the general conditions under which visitors may request information, submit enquiries or discuss potential services with UNPERRO. These Terms do not replace any signed master service agreement, statement of work, order form or separate contract agreed with a client.

6. Client materials and access

Clients must ensure that materials, data, brand assets, credentials, third-party accounts and instructions supplied to UNPERRO are accurate, lawful, authorized and safe to use.

UNPERRO is not responsible for delays, defects or losses caused by incomplete information, late approvals, unavailable access, incorrect client data or changes made by the client or third parties.

Where the client grants access to systems, repositories, hosting or advertising accounts, the client remains responsible for maintaining appropriate permissions and backups unless otherwise agreed.
